All orders are shipped from our office in Hong Kong. ARRAYY ships within Hong Kong and to most countries.

ARRAYY is not responsible for package deliveries with invalid addresses provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

ARRAYY delivers to most countries in the world via DHL Express, a signature on delivery service. For more information, please visit DHL’s website or contact them directly.
Orders shipped to countries outside of Hong Kong may incur duties and taxes applied by customs. Duties and tax charges that may apply are not included in the order total upon checkout. The customer is responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees. Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes applied by customs, ARRAYY will not reship or refund orders or shipping fees. Due to varying customs and freight costs, ARRAYY is unable to accept international returns and/or receive size exchanges.
Orders are non-refundable.
ARRAYY is able to exchange a faulty or different order to what the customer placed if the items are:

- Unworn and in original condition

    - Unwashed and undamaged

      - With original tags

        After receiving the items and performing an inspection, ARRAYY will inform you if you have the right to exchange. Exchanges will be issued based on size availability of the garment. Please contact customer service to ensure your desired size is in stock.
        Orders cannot be exchanged after 15 days of receiving.

        To apply for an exchange, please email us at ____________ with a copy of the original order details and why you wish to exchange your purchase. ARRAYY is not responsible for tracking your exchange order.
